The roots of the Seventh-day Adventist Church are in the
New York Conference. In the mid 1840's William Miller, a soldier, farmer, and well respected community magistrate, after diligent Bible study, realized that according to Bible, Jesus was coming soon.
Today, the Seventh-day Adventist Church has more than 15,000,000 members who are still sharing the Good News that Jesus has given eternal life through His death on the cross and that soon He will return.
